A primary function of the West Alabama Regional Commission (WARC) is to assist the region’s counties and municipalities to obtain funds from a variety of sources and programs to complete projects that stimulate community and economic development.

Once funding has been secured we offer a full-range of administrative services to ensure projects follow all applicable local, state and federal regulations and are completed successfully.
