Information and assistance programs are available to help older persons, family members and caregivers that have questions about available programs and services in the West Alabama region.   In addition to the provision of information, staff at the Area Agency on Aging work with individuals to ensure that the needed assistance is received.

Certified resource specialists are available to assist callers with their questions and, when appropriate, assist them in securing assistance.
